Cindy owned and operated a health food restaurant serving vegetarian, whole grain foods back in the 80s before it was the trend. She owned Seychelles Restaurant for almost 13 years, with organic specialty produce and fresh herbs grown in a local garden. Years later Cindy has taken several of her organic home gardening tips, and healthy recipes using both her photography and videography skills to enhance the user experience.
