Last Saturday, June 20, was the 10th annual Scotts Valley Garden Faire.
We offered veggie burritos, homemade iced hibiscus, and other side offerings.
My daughter and her 2 friends, were the chefs.
I demonstrated how to make Ratatouille, using seasonal produce — eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes and fresh herbs.
Of course, there were plants for sale.
There was music throughout the day too.
It was a sunny beautiful afternoon, enjoyed by all!
